1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“The Blog” – the word would refer specifically to pragmata.uk;
“The Blogger” – the owner or/and administrator of pragmata.uk;

“Content” – any original text, image or audio, uploaded on the site;

2. Usage
Users have the following permission:
2.1 to use the content therein for your own personal purposes;
2.2 to reproduce, print and make hard copies for non-commercial purposes; 
2.3 to copy, modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble or create derivative works based upon the whole or any part of the content, but only for non-commercial purposes;  

3. Exceptions and Restrictions
The Permitted use is subject to the following exceptions and restrictions: 
3.1 You will not sell any of the content (or any part thereof) to third parties; 
3.2 You will not use the content (or any part thereof) for any purpose which rivals or competes with the Blog. In the event of a dispute between a user and the Blogger it shall be for the Blogger to define "rival" and/or "competing" purposes; 
3.3 You will not rent, lease, sub-licence or loan any content (or any part thereof) to third parties.
3.4 These Terms and Conditions do not relate to any third party content that might be shared, quoted or referred to within the posts.  

4. Product and Liability
4.1 The Blog is not liable for any material or emotional damage caused by following advices published in this blog.  
4.2 The Blog is not liable for any damages caused by personal interactions.

5. Availability of the Website and the Product
5.1 This Blog and the Content are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We give no warranty that the Blog or the Content will be free of defects and/or faults.
5.2 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Blog.

6. Waiver
Failure by the Blogger to enforce any provision in these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision. Such failure shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or acting on a subsequent breach and shall not constitute a continuing waiver.

7. Severance
In the event that one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that / those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions. The remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid and enforceable.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
We do not collect, hold and process any personal data outside the purely technical needs of the Blog. We will not sell or in any other way allow access to any data by third party, we will not send marketing or news letter e-mails. 

9. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall fall within that jurisdiction.
